As a mark of handmade craftsmanship, you may notice uneven color, faint areas, or slight misalignment in the print. Please enjoy these as the warmth that machine-made products don't have.
Due to the nature of natural dyes, you may notice a distinctive scent when you first open the package. If it bothers you, air the garment in a well-ventilated, shaded place.

All Chamkila products are carefully made in workshops in India. To keep shipping costs as low as possible for customers in Japan, we send orders together from India to our base in Japan, and then deliver them to each home from there.
Japan Post delivery is by Click Post (trackable), Teikeigai (untracked), or Letter Pack Plus, depending on your order.
As a result, delivery takes at least 2 weeks and may take up to 4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
In some cases, we may ship directly from India to your address by EMS.
