Chamkila dresses are mostly made in small batches, so we do not restock the same fabric and design. However, popular designs sometimes return in a different fabric. We share the latest news in our newsletter and on Instagram.

Because we use natural materials, we recommend hand washing to keep your garment beautiful for longer. If you use a washing machine, place it in a laundry net and wash gently on a delicate cycle.

The tassels are delicate, so we recommend hand washing whenever possible. When washing, loosely tie the tassels together, or turn them to the inside and place the dress in a laundry net so they don't tangle. Dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.

We're very sorry, but because many of our items are one of a kind, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference.

However, if there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect size label or a defective item, we will respond promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
